Sheletta tells her bestie Tina that she's losing hair and sleep as her adult son Andrew decides to change colleges and majors. Tina assures her that she's done her part and it's time for her to let go and let Andrew find his own way.

Sheletta's got her panties in a bunch because TLC's Chilli reposted a doctored photo of Michelle Obama on her Instagram feed while simultaneously donating money to organizations connected to Donald Trump. Tina says she shouldn't be so quick to judge or get a refund on her ticket to the group's upcoming concert. 

 

The cowgirls got too cheeky at the rodeo

The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo implemented a new dress code after the cowgirls went overboard with the T&A. Tina and Sheletta have a theory on why young ladies are letting it all hang out and who the rodeo can hire to help solve the problem.

Sheletta shares with Tina that she shaved her head because she's struggling with "church hurt."

Sometimes you wanna run away

Sheletta tells Tina that sometimes, she just wants to run away and never come back so she can get a nap and a good night's sleep, like  Michele Hundley Smith, who disappeared after she went Christmas shopping in 2001. Her family thought she was kidnapped. They found her this year alive, healthy, well and living her best life. Turns out, she just didn't want to be bothered with her kids.

Tina teaches Sheletta how to be 54

Since Tina is older, she tells Sheletta what to expect turning 54 years old and cautions her friend to have all the fun she can over the next 12 months because 55 comes with knee replacements and attitude adjustments. 

 

Minnesota is the model

Sheletta,  who lives near Minneapolis, assures her friend, who lives in Texas, that she and fellow Minnesotans are fine and fighting back against injustice in hopes of being the model for other states to follow. 

Black women have built an underground railroad in Minnesota

As Sheletta tells Tina about her plans to host a prayer vigil in Minnesota, asking God to bring peace and healing to the state, she also shares how Black women are using methods designed by Harriet Tubman to create an underground railroad of support for the immigrant community.

With ICE descending on Minnesota, Governor Tim Walz not running for reelection and Trump trolling the state, Sheletta was at her lowest point until her BFF Tina gave her some wise advice from Tupac: "Keep ya head up"!
